The 2^nd Quality Science of Biologics Summit is being held in Beijing from 25-26 May 2021 with five forums set up to explore topics related to quality and safety development of biopharmaceuticals considering the perspectives of cell therapy, antibody drugs, quality production, regulatory supervision, and commercial production to help domestic enterprises improve product quality and establish a robust international-standard quality management system.

In May 2021, Bioworkshops put a new downstream production line into operation, balancing capacity with the existing upstream suites to improve flexibility for multiproduct production. Design and operation of the new line is in compliance with current international regulations, preventing risk of cross-contamination with fully independent parallel cleanroom suites providing a greater number of production slots that will speed up the time to production and IND application for clients.
